"Professional Training and Development Center" announces the acceptance of applications for the "Career Change Program" implemented in cooperation with "Kaspi" Education Company, which has many years of experience in the field of preschool education and professional staff.

The purpose of the program is to support the acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills by persons with various professions and qualifications, but who wish to work in the field of preschool education in the future.

If you have an intermediate or higher level of Russian language skills and a higher or secondary education in any field, as well as if you want to continue your future career in the field of preschool education, this Program is for you.

According to the agreement of "Professional Training and Development Center" and "Kaspi" Education Company, the participants will also have the opportunity to be employed at "Kaspi" Education Company based on the evaluation results at the end of the 3-month theoretical and practical training program.

Duration – 3 months
Number of participants – 25 people
Participation fee - 150 AZN

Requirements to be selected for the program:

Knowledge of the Russian language at an intermediate or higher level
Higher or secondary education
Willingness and enthusiasm to work with young children

The selection of participants to the program will be conducted through an interview. The 5 people who showed the highest results in the selection process will have the opportunity to participate in the Program free of charge.

In the end, the full amount paid for the Program (150 AZN) will be returned to those who have successfully completed the Program and are employed at "Kaspi" Education Company.
